I DON'T LIKE IT HERE is currently in post-production and due to hit the festival circuit in Spring 2025.

I DON'T LIKE IT HERE follows Paul Verow as he returns to his family home after being released from prison only to find it empty and his family missing. Reuniting with his old friend, Angie, they struggle to find a sense of normalcy amidst growing unease in a town that doesn't seem to want him home. 

Made for less than $20K in Barstow, CA with a very small crew. The film stars Jacob Nichols (Grieve), Danielle Keaton (Grieve), Marieh Delfino (Jeepers Creepers 2, The Invitation), John Mawson (Unsinkable), Lois Larimore (The Punisher), Michael Petted (American Horror Story), Rachael Meyers (The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), Bryan McKinley (The Ghost and the Whale), and Meghan McLeod (Fallout 76).

My first feature film! I am incredibly proud of what our talented and small crew achieved with so little. We poured our whole selves into this tribute to creeping horror and slow cinema. Tremendously grateful to Terror Films for releasing Grieve in October 2023! Named as a 'Hidden Horror Gem You Might've Missed' by Bloody-Disgusting and called "Ghostly and poetic" by The New York Times!
